Jail Tag

This is really confusing at first but it gets fun!! I learned it at Camp Timothy this summer! Divide your group into two teams and have them congregate at two different sides of the street (or wherever you are playing). Next set boundaries that the kids cannot cross unless they want to be tagged. Then set boundaries for a jail. Finally explain to the kids that if they step outside the boundary they are open to be tagged but if they are behind the boundary they cant be tagged the catch is that the person who steps outside of the boundary has control of everyone and can’t be tagged, unless someone else steps outside the boundary then they have control!! Confusing?? Yeah…but fun once you get the hang of it. Enjoy!! 🙂
