Decide on an ethnic meal, then find someone who can translate it into your chosen country’s language. Our group has used Chinese,Italian and Ukrainian. Then type up menus in the language, include fork, knife, napkin, and all beverages and dessert. Use about twelve items. Then have the guests choose three courses of four items from the menu. When they get their first course done take everything away before starting their second course. It is a lot of fun and after the fun meal is over allow people to have seconds because they may not have had any utensils to eat with or not had enough food. We’ve always had a lot of success with this and we live in a very small town. The only thing is that you need a lot of waiters or waitresses. This is great to use in conjuction with a missions emphasis service.
