Get everyone to get a chair and make a circle sitting on their chair. They have to remember where they are sitting.
A leader has a pack of playing cards (or something else, use imagination!) and gives each youth a playing card. They remember the suit (clubs, diamonds, hearts or spades). Everyone hands in their card back to the leader.
The leader then starts and one at a time pulls out a card and shouts what suit it is. Everyone who had that suit then moves one seat to the left. Your repeat this process.
The youth must move and if there is no free seat beside them, they must sit on the other person’s knee. The person with someone or more than one person sitting on top of them cannot move until everyone has moved off them (their suits being called).
This is a race back to the original chair.
Good bonding game!
