Belly Ball

Materials: 3 mats or body pillows to use as bases
Divide your group into two teams.
This game is like kick ball the only difference is that when a kicker kicks he has to run to first base and land on his stomach. You can get a person out by throwing the ball at them or tagging them out. (ball must be in the tagger’s hand.) You can also get out if the ball is caught in the air. If a player is not on their belly when they are on a base you can try to get them out.
There are different variations:
1. There can be up to three people on one base and can leave at any time they choose. If a fourth person is coming someone has to go or their all out.
2. Every time you run to a base you have to touch your stomach on the mat before moving to the next base.
